Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Roots Meadow, we want you to love your purchase and have a wonderful experience with our products and farm offerings. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out — we are happy to help.

Flower Kits & Shipped Products

We accept returns on unopened, unused flower kits and eligible shipped products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wildrootsmeadow@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Fresh Flowers, Farm Cups & Seasonal Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and seasonal farm products, all sales of fresh bouquets, farm cups, fresh-cut flowers, and seasonal floral products are final sale and non-returnable.

U-Pick Experiences & Farm Events

U-Pick experiences, farm events, and admission-related purchases are non-refundable, but if something unexpected comes up, please contact us and we will do our best to help reschedule when possible.

Gift Cards

Physical and digital gift cards, including U-Pick gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
